Acupressure Meets Reiki

What happens when the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) meets the gentle healing energy of Reiki?

In this special experiential session, TURA welcomes a Dr. Brandon to introduce participants to the fundamentals of acupressure and share how selected acupressure points are traditionally understood and used to support the body’s wellbeing and energetic balance.

Participants will be guided through simple and practical acupressure techniques that can be easily explored during the session. We will then bring Reiki into the experience, discovering how mindful touch, energetic awareness, and Reiki can complement one another in a gentle and accessible way.

Rather than focusing only on theory, this session is designed for participants to experience and feel for themselves, exploring the sensations that arise when working with specific acupressure points together with Reiki.
