In this experiential session, participants will be introduced to a selection of simple and accessible movements inspired by the Eight Brocades, explored through the lens of Reiki and energetic awareness.

Rather than focusing on perfecting the movements, this session invites you to slow down, feel, and notice — becoming more aware of the flow of energy within the body and how gentle physical movement may complement your Reiki practice.

Through guided movements and mindful awareness, participants will have the opportunity to experience how movement can support relaxation, grounding, presence, and a deeper connection with the body and energy.
